One of the classics in the history of football cinema, ‘Volver a vivir’ is also one of Mario Camus’s best films. It tells the story of Luis Rubio, a famous former football player who returns to Spain after working in America as a player and coach. Luis is hired by a Second Division club, where he becomes a leader. However, Luis’s past is too dark, and certain resentments towards him could influence the team.
