29-03-2017

Yesterday, 28th march tuesday, the sixth and last day of the festival was celebrated. The film "FC Roma" (Czech Republic, 2016), by Rozálie Kohoutová and Tomáš Bojar, inaugurated it by telling the story of the football team with the same name, formed mainly by romanian gypsies, and the racism and xenophobia they suffer from the other teams in the czech football league.

After the screening, the british film "The pass" (Ben A. Williams) started, which narrates the story of Jason and Ade, two young Academy players from a popular London football club, and their complicated relationship due to the homophobia in the world of football.

After the movie, director Ben A. Williams, producer Duncan Kenworthy and ex football player Thomas Hitzlsperger participated in a talk with the public about the film ad the issue it raises.
